i am also facing the same issue, not just the post on digi forum..digi offical support team never dare to reply, and only selective.

i was told if you email them during public holiday and weekend, they said, those email they wont reply.

since your problem is quite  urgent, pls use the chat via mydigi app to check or call them directly.

 

pls dont use the chat bot at digi website...you will vomit blood after talking to that stupid machine...advice digi to de-activate it.

 

I have raised many cases/issues, but different people different reply. 

Glad to see you are platimum customer...i am postpaid customer forever for 20 years, also not being valued as platinum...not to say, the time waste with inconsistent answer from digi staff.
