Digi's Client Charter: 48 hours

When a TAC complaint for a financial transaction has been made, Digi helpline informs the time frame for their client's charter is 48 hours.

The relevant financial instituation  when contacted confirms  their TAC service to a certain handphone number is active which implies the problem is on Digi's  side, in fact, a few successful finacial transactions using TAC made a few hours earlier were confirmed to that certain handphone number. (There is still adequate balance in the prepaid)

 

What happens if after 2 days, the complaint is still not resolved by Digi?
