I have been trying to port out from Digi to other networks, but they keep rejecting my request without any reason or reasons that make no sense. Every time the request is rejected, I call their customer support and all they say is try again. I have tried 6th times. Now I am waiting on my 7th attempt.
On 26th October I request to port out from Digi to Celcom, but they rejected my request without any reason. When I called Customer support they asked me to try again. I have re-submitted my request on 30th Oct and now waiting on the response. If this fails this will be my 7th attempt.
To me, it looks intentional. Really disappointed by Digi Services.
