Hi,

 

I have reload RM30 from digi apps via CIMB bank. Payment was credited from my bank account but balance havent renew after waiting for an hour. My phone no : 0166270927

Please assist. Thanks in advance.

I also reload RM 10 at 1 am then anothwr RM10 9 am after notice the balance not renew. Please help because i need my internet plan...

Hi Aynol8234. Kalau masih tak dapat, ikuti langkah-langkah di bawah :

 

1-Kalau beli melalui aplikasi MyDigi = PM (inbox) kami dan berikan nombor transaksi pembelian yang keluar dalam aplikasi MyDigi.
2-Kalau beli terus melalui akaun / app bank atau selain dari aplikasi MyDigi = hubungi bank / penjual tersebut untuk bantuan sebab kredit sepatutnya datang terus dari mereka, bukan Digi.
