Hi DavidLim18, You can only perform a Change of Plan to Digi Monthly Plan 28 or Digi Postpaid. Please take note that if you currently subscribe to the internet package, it will be auto-unsubscribed once the plan has been changed. So any remaining quota will be forfeited and there's no way to turn back to the old plan if the plan is no longer offered.
To change the plan to postpaid plan via our website (https://www.digi.com.my/shop/postpaid-plans) and remains with the current sim. Fill up all of the required details and you will receive a confirmation SMS once your plan has been changed.
Before that, please ensure your current plan has been active for more than 60 days.
For new sign-up, you will need to pay an upfront payment and it will be credited to your next month's bill. TQ.
