DiGi Apps not updating data usage

For starter,  I'm switching from Digi "Kaki Social 50 (14GB + Free Social) to DiGi "Internet Cili Padi" RM35 with Unlimted YouTube, Facebook, Instagram & Twitter.

 

At the same time, I also received free 6GB of data. 

 

Strangely after I  switch, the DiGi App not showing how much data I already used for 6GB until I received an SMS telling me I already use 75% of free internet passes which was that 6GB. But inside the DiGi App still showing 6GB still intact with 0.0GB usage.

 

After I received an SMS telling me that I already used 100% of free Internet Passes, I received another SMS telling me that I'm currently not Subscribe to any data package and charge me RM0.10/MB, but my plan already has a 9GB data quota. That to not updating any usage, still showing that 9GB base quota with 0.0GB usage.

 

My add-on also the same, not showing any usage at all (BoS 10GB for RM4 - 24H).

 

Can clarify this.
