i called helpline, then pick language, then switch on loud speaker (cos need to wait digi staff to pick up)
so while waiting they let u listen to advertisment and song haha

You got charged 50sen twice today at 12.31pm and 1.35pm respectively. Can you recall what you did that resulted in small data usage (200-300 KB)?

Otherwise, please request Customer Careline to terminate all your GPRS pay per use plans (PAYU Best and GPRS Standard). But please note that by doing this, you are totally unable to use mobile Internet on your phone.

hi, after i call helpline, then i received sms say i suscribed/puchased Stop_Internet

 

is this the same as "terminate all GPRS pay per use plans" ?

Unfortunately not. How the PAYU MAX8 works is you will be charged 50sen per 50kb. Once you reached RM8.00 per day, then the charging will stop for the day.

So since you have terminated the pay-per-use plan then you are no longer able to use Mobile Internet on your phone :-(

@CCHCC65 You may call Digi Customer Careline to assist you to re-activate your GPRS service :-)
