Consignment number. Cancel port-in request.

Its been 20hours past yet i havent received any consignment number. I called the digihelpline but ended up waiting for 5 minutes. Posted 2 message in here but no one gives a **bleep** about my message. Used the live-chat but need phone number to sign in, how tf? What am i gonna do without the consignment number? 

 

I want to cancel my port-in request now.

Transaction Number: 17103000445652.

Phone Number: 01160561584.

Telco: Umobile.

 

I want to cancel as i feel that umobile service is way better than di**bleep**. Thanks.

20 hours is too short for your SIM to be delivered. You need minimum 1-2 days before your SIM is delivered with consignment number. Your other post is responded here: https://community.digi.com.my/t5/Prepaid/Havent-received-consignment-number/m-p/33732
