I only can access to 3G but not 4g. I’m now prepaid user when I connecting to 4g, it will not able to search anything or load any internet

Tfizer, To enjoy 4G LTE, please ensure that u are:

- Using a USIM card
- Using a 4G LTE device
- Within our 4G LTE network coverage - http://coverage.digi.com.my:8080/fso_tsg/pages/VDServices.html

U can walk-in to any of our Digi Store to get ur sim replaced - https://www.digi.com.my/digi-store U will be charged RM 10 for a new sim card and don't forget to ur IC/passport for verification ya.

hi , would like to ask can digi delivery 4g sim card to is without going to any merchant？ due to tjis covid issue, is really hard to tale a risk to go out. tje replacement card cost can straight deduct from next mo.th bill？
