Change 3G to 4G SIM

1) I'm a prepaid user with Best Prepaid V4 plan now, if I want to change my SIM from 3G to 4G SIM, can I change it without change my plan?
2) If I change my SIM , my contact saved in my Old SIM will transfer to my 4G New SIM card?

For question 2: No, you will have to transfer the contacts to your phone by yourself.

HwaiJun, yes, of course   U will need to convert to a USIM sim card in order for u to enjoy the LTE service. U can walk into any of our DiGi Centre / DiGi Store to request for it -http://new.digi.com.my/support/digi-store U must also ensure that ur device support LTE and u are under the LTE coverage area -http://new.digi.com.my/cs/Satellite/ecomm_C/services/default/4g-lte-coverage
It's FOC if u walk into our main Digi Store. Don't forget to bring along ur IC for verification ya.
