Change 3G to 4G SIM

Whats the procedure to change old sim card to new 4G capable sim card?

Changed my sim thru digi store within 2minutes.

if you have the old SIM, i suggest going to Digi Store and get the SIM changed/ upgraded to the 4G one.

but if you already have 4G SIM but getting 3G, then it could be one of the following possibilities: 

* phone cannot support 4G

* settings issue on phone

SMS "LTE" to 20000 to check whether your SIM card support LTE or not. If not supported, you need to get a replacement SIM card at a Digi outlet.
