Cannot Subcribe Internet pass

When enter *128*3# its say "Your internet service is not activate. 1 Active 0 Back"After i select 1 Active it say "Sorry,the service is currently unavailable.Please Try Again Later.Thank You."Please help me.Digi best v1 User.Just upgraded to digi new best v1

Helo, i also facing the same problem. I bought my sim card on smart plan but i just converted to digi best v1 plan.
