Cannot Activate My New Sim Card

Hi! Its not even 24h yet after i bought my sim card at 7-eleven. I tried to register my number through mydigi app but it says that the line is disabled. I have try to make phone call but the same message appears saying that my line needed to be activated first. I believe that the 7e staffs had registered my number just now when they asked for my IC. please help me because i need to use this number as soon as possible. for your reference my number is (014-9235870)
