Call to my mother's number being block (she change service provider; from digi to others)

I cannot call my mother since she change her phone service provider from digi to others. Can someone advice me what can I do?

I have checked that her number is not in my buddyz list.

What do you mean by blocked? Are you getting/hearing any error message?

Maybe you can try to get your mother to restart the phone, annak? Since her number is no longer under Digi, it will be impossible for us to check the account technically.
