Hi, it seems that big bonus is not working on my mobile. The main quota is deducted instead of the big bonus quota.
Also in the digi app the big bonus quota is expiring in XX hours or XX minutes seems to be expiring at 5pm? and does it start at 11 am instead?
Is it possible to check it and see if there is a problem? And if the data during big bonus period is deducted from the 5gb main quota can it be reversed then since it's a bug on digi side.
