Are All Prepaid Plans Eligible to Use Roaming Pass?

Kindly advise/confirm if all prepaid plans are eligible to use Roaming Pass in the countries stipulated in Digi website:

In particular, Digi Prepaid Best v4 and Digi Prepaid New Best v1.

The prepaid that you have listed should be able to use Roaming Pass if the pre-requisites have been met:

What is the pre-requisite to subscribe to the Roaming Pass?

• Your Digi Postpaid/Prepaid line has at least a basic mobile internet /data plan;
• Your International Roaming service has been activated 
  (For Prepaid, International Roaming service is auto activated)
• You must has sufficient credit limit/ balance and your account status is in ‘Active’ mode

Yes, DigiRay. You must have sufficient credit balance to deduct the next charging block. Therefore, customer is required to have sufficient credit at least a minimum of RM 10 to be able to make outgoing calls OR receiving calls while roaming.

Hi, my wife is using Digi Prepaid Campus plan and fulfilled all the prerequisites but there's no roaming pass option available in the add-on category, is the plan not eligible?

Hi Yinhon, Yes you may purchase the roaming pass. Make sure you turn off Data Roaming or Cellular Data/Mobile Data on your mobile phone before departure. Dial *800# upon arrival and press 3 to "Purchase Roaming Pass". You'll receive a confirmation SMS to notify you of successful Roaming Pass purchase. Then manually select the roaming partner from the list of operators and turn on Data Roaming or Cellular Data/Mobile Data on your mobile phone.
