2.5 GB Music and Video Freedom not used up?!

I've got the Free 2.5 GB weekly Music and Video Freedom  for a while now.

till this month, suddenly whenever I surfed on Youtube, the Music and video Freedom quota is not being used up?

it instead drained my other data plan

Is there a Problem? It started happening this month only. it was fine before....

I am a new prepaid live customer, just switched yesterday. I was attracted by 10gb free music video, but this feature no longer available? I followed the sms instructions to subscribe it, but only 12-8am free 1gb is there. Arggh, that's not what I want! Please advise

Hi bloom112233. That means, you need to change your main plan from Digi Prepaid LiVE to Digi Prepaid Best 207 via the *128# menu >> My Account >> Call Plan. Once your plan has changed, all of your current benefits will be changed to the new plan. Thank you.
