My Internet speed is slow too.. Can't admit that digi internet is slowest compare with other telecommunications company.. hope digi will improve their internet speed..

Depend on which area, user density as well.

It totally depends on the area and also the users in the area that you are in, and of course the time as well the connection quality will be affected with more people using it at the same time.
