oh oh, dont get my meaning wrong. I actually want to say that the 'pay later' thing as an extra benifit for postpaid compare to prepaid.
but for a Digi postpaid user, I believe Digi wants to hear "Is there any concerns for not taking a newer or higher-tier plans?"

No doubt that there's a bit of difference in terms of promotion for the digi postpaid and prepaid customers if you don't mind I ask, have you consider changing from postpaid to prepaid for the top up promotion? If no, why?

Hi @fadly0416, both prepaid and postpaid, once commercialised, have to be predictable. Even for prepaid, actually customers have to manually opt for the latest plan offering to enjoy the current tariff and even some promotions. More importantly for postpaid, just because Digi could offer lower tariff, Digi does not force everyone to use the new tariff/plan. As a customer, you always have the choice to pick the best plan for yourself.

Thanks, what I was saying is about the promotion like Internet add on for prepaid user, why nothing for postpaid, I do know user have to manually opt for it. I am not saying about the plan either smart plan 75 or older or changing to prepaid, but I am saying the promotion, if I change the plan, digi still not doing any promotion, it is the same issues here.
postpaid user using older plan, or during contract period that are not allowed to change, or prefer their existing plan, will not be enjoy such promotion like prepaid user.

Mmm, I see what you mean. Seperate promotion for add-ons should be considered as an offering for Postpaid users instead of only plan change to get the latest perks.
Do keep the suggestions coming. Digi Marketing team should get to hear of the user's wishlist as demands grow.
