weak coverage

i made numerous call/report, but digi very stuborn and insist that the weak coverage problem is still in planning,

i am suffered day in day out especially now work from home.

the issue raise  since 2017, until now, but keep delaying..

today i got to call for many times, but  out of it, 3 times, the call is acceptable, can hear, and another 2 times drop call immediately without answer.

more than 5 call, i always cannot hear, very clear, some time is good, some time is not. so how?

if can, can i downrade my plan with zero monthly fee, since digi fail to plan, failed to ensure reasonable coverage and call quality until the day, the coverage improve, plus 50% of fee of past 3 years i paid?

since you are still forever in the planning?

 

i am not being nasty or difficult, but have you see the part i am suffering everyday
