Hi saz1. Login to MyDigi Apps > Support > Report An Issue > General Enquiry.
1. Termination Request with “REASON” why want to terminate the line
2. Kindly note that all unpaid bill needs to be cleared.
3. The monthly fixed charges will be charged until the line termination takes effect. You are liable to pay for all pro-rated monthly fixed charges incurred during the month the line is terminated.
4. Digi will be sending an acknowledgement SMS that your line termination request will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the SMS. If the request to terminate the line is not authorised by the principal owner, please contact Digi Helpline within the said 48 hours. We will process your request accordingly within a few working days.
