According to you system record,Ihave qn outstanding payment Rm 105.28 invioce 16/2/17 to 15/3/17.Artually i have charge to celcom on jan 2017 and how come digi change me on feb 2017???
Please email breakdown of the statement for this RM 105.28.
I have go to Digi Center and i have proved to your sales person that my line has been switched to Celcom on 15/1/2017.
However, the sales person can't proved to me that what is the details of my outstanding payment, even though can't print the statement with details to me, he just saying that there are an outstanding payment shown in digi system only.
To be fair, who can accept this kind of explain without any proven to be and blacklisted me without any notification.
Somemore, I have received numerous annoying call from they so call Digi outsources on these number as below and I have make a police report.
