The unbilled amount is the amount for your current usage which is for the upcoming bill. Any payment made before the billing cycle date will be reflected on the next bill, not immediately. The early payment details will be made available in the bill as well :-)

Hi Coldcore. For checking and assistance, please submit an official report via your MyDigi app ; Menu >> Support >> choose Network Coverage.
The report will be received by our technical team and the result will be updated in the My Case Status in the Notes section. Thank you.
