unbilled amount

i pay my digi payment at my digi app it says i got about rm28. total due and unbilled amount rm89 so i pay about rm 100 , after pay but the unbilled amount still the same? so i pay more rm50 again , the unbilled amount still same , so. what. is the unbilled amount??

The unbilled amount is the amount for your current usage which is for the upcoming bill. Any payment made before the billing cycle date will be reflected on the next bill, not immediately. The early payment details will be made available in the bill as well :-)

What if I pay the unbilled amount before the due date? Do I have to pay again?

I paid my digi billed amount it's rm76 when I check my acc back it's still the same

Idk why but my internet keep turning off and then on after a few mins.. can someone explain why?
