i was trying to perform some banking transactions, and ewallet reload, however there is NO sms/OTP being received, either i tried different bank.
called digi, ask me to wait for 5 days or changed to another phone...this is less speachless and not being helpful at all.
if your network issue, i change phone to install the app or what, i still need sms to be received to verify me...and you think, we all got another spare phone just to do this?
(not to say the call drop twice before sucessfully talked to digi)
hey digi, pls think about the solution in a practical and reality way...this is horrible....

I have PM one of the CS about this this morning and it seems is Digi having problem.
Nevertheless it had been resolved speedily this morning and I managed to performed few transaction with various banks.

good they told u one hour, the one i called, say 5 working day...really **bleep** off.....i only managed to do it after i go home...
