digi confirmed me via call, no more credit card registered in Digi, so you cannot use phone in and sms payment portal in 2014.
but i have used that for many times. why information is gone then?
but went to digi store in cheras selatan, the records is in tact.
so why i cant use those channel for payment?
and keep telling there is no problem or no records?
2ndly, payment made via phone in, was told to have cancelled, but eventually pick up after 2 days. why? CS confirmed all cancelled, and canot be done. end up having double payment.
as per your website, still mention. the method for payment is available via sms and phone in.

if not, who hold the right information, website why not update? confusing the customer only.
when asked abt payment channel via 2929, cS said, this is via prepaid only.....
are they correct?
i hve been want to know the status, but all manager promised to call back since Aug 2014, but never, always PROMISED. BUT NEVER DO.
