How to check Digi postpaid payment history? Your both app and website do not show payment history at all!

Digi only updates payment history ONCE A MONTH, only after the bill is generated.

I have made payment but I cannot check the unbilled payment history.

When my bill date was about to due, the myDIGI web was under maintenance. So, I paid via JOMPAY as per the sms I received. But, when I checked, my payment was not updated. It shows in the web that my bill is overdue for 2 months.

nak tanya ye saya da terminated digi pospaid saya tapi saya lupa nak tamat kan billing cycling staf digi sru dtang lpas 1bulan tapi saya da 4 bulan tak datang balik macam mana tu ada ka billing cycling tu akan terus aktif dan pembayaran akan meningkat tolong saya
