my new nano sim card not activate....yet?

Hi, i just received my new Samsung Galaxy S7 edge and new nano sim card with DG 68 plan yesterday, i clicked the 'Activate My SIM Card" online, and it mentioned will terminate your current SIM card within 24 hours. But my experience was this action just only takes within 5 hours to terminate my old sim card. But until now my new nano sim card seems like 'deep sleep', so i cant use my new phone now.

my number is 0129088922.

Please assist.
