It's better if you can call up the helpline again, and explained your issue and the "credit limit increase still cannot solve the issue" to solve your issue faster.

lowyat2, I don't know if you have gotten your required solution. I manage to get information of the limits imposed to all users to avoid accidental purchase. RM424 per application is over the limit.
