e-statement

Hi,

 

I been trying to print my e-statement but this message came out

"Limited Account Information

Please sign-in as owner of the plan to get full access for this account and its plans." 

 

Signed in and out so many times!! please fix it now. i need it urgently

Try calling them up or search here.  Seems like the system check your email address on our MyDigi app and match with their system which contains the email used when we register.  If you don't know your registered email, you should call their Customer Service to know.

I found the problem to view my E-statement, kindly fix it with prompt action.

Hi @EeVenn, as what @Protector said, it is because of mismatch in email addresses used in MyDigi vs what was registered back then in OCS.

There are no statements for prepaid. You can get usage details by going to MyDigi website on desktop browser and click on Usage -> Itemized Usage.

Hi Vigneswari. You can check the usage of your account. Here's how to do it:
1. Log in to https://new.digi.com.my/ with your CONNECT ID.
2. Click on the MyDigi > Usage.
3. Scroll down and click Itemized Usage.

Theres no such thing as step 2 and step 3

 

couldnt find any "USAGE" button on website.
