i already cancel the iflix auto renewal, why still billing me the iflix subscription?
dont tell me cancel is iflix, because iflix app dont have the "Cancel Subscription" anymore !
how do we cancel this iflix ?
anyone facing same problem as me ?

Hi Dayang23, Cancellation can be done at https://piay.iflix.com , go to "Account setting" and choose "Subscription", then select "Unsubscribe". Kindly contact iFlix customer service for further clarification of the service. You can contact iFlix customer service by using your iFlix account support menu or Facebook Messenger them at https://www.facebook.com/iflix.Malaysia/
