yes it is so lousy and slow. I ahve tried it for 3 months and i decide to terminate the line. It si so slow. I am sure the officer will say maybe your are line coverage not good but what they dont know actually i checked my are line coverage before i use the product. Lousy

Mikemo86, to assist u further on this, u may log in to MyDigi app. Log in Mydigi > click Menu > Support > Network Coverage.
