Last time i came to digi discussion regarding my port in issue, one of you customer support told me that my port in request was declined.
Therefore ask me to submit a form in order to request refund, he told me it usually takes 3-6 weeks.
I was submitted november last year, and now it been 3 months I haven’t receive any updates nor money back to my account. I have emailed to digi and reply to one of your customer support. No one reply me, what kind of service is this ?
Seriously digi? this is how you treat a 10 year loyalty user by ignoring him? Worst telco service ever i have met in my life.
