Kindly remind to reply my post on 5/1/2021, regarding to the unknow Charges to Google Play.
Update information to you. We made a call to Sibu Digi Centre this afternoon. What they replied was the same with last time. Asked us email to Google Play and called Google Play to claim back the money.
Sorry to tell you that I am not believe this anymore as I did it last time.
Digi, if I really purchase anything please show me the reference no. , subscribe no. and the games or apps I purchased.
Base on my experience, if I purchase anything through Google play, they will send email to me the subscribe no. and invoice. Even the monthly charges Google will automatic email the invoice for us.
My email didn't show any invoice from Google and Google Play also didn't find any purchase history from them.
Your kind prompt action to resolve this issue is much more appreciated. Please don't try to ignore my message.
