You may visit our Digi Store for further assistance. The Postpaid account termination can only be done at our Digi Store, not including at our Digi Store Express, Digi Specialized Store and dealer outlet. Just bring along your identity card for verification purpose. Thanks.

There is any way to unsubscribe Digi postpaid plan by online except visiting Digi Store?

Hi, Yuggin.

For a faster process, kindly walk-in to the Digi Store as suggested earlier ya.

Please ensure all the outstanding amount (if any) has been cleared and we'll assist the necessary after the documents received.

For an account that still bound with contract, your only option is by walk-in.

Hope this helps :-)

Have a pleasant day!

If you want to maintain the same number, you just need to susbcribe to Maxis using your current number. Port out process will then commence.

Edit: i saw that you have a contract with Digi. Then you will need to visit a Digi Store to check for termination penalty amount, if any.
