Hi there, I have received my digi family package sim cards (1 principal & 2 supplementaries). However, I still do not get any sms to port out-port in message from Celcom or Digi. Please assist me! (Transaction ID: 18020611165265)

Hi albertfismail, the port in request for 3 of your numbers are being processed. If you have replied to the SMS validation from Celcom, kindly wait for the SMS notification from Celcom regarding the result of your port out request. Thank you
