Servis VoLTE sudah diaktifkan untuk 01136285821.
Jika mengalami gangguan untuk servis panggilan (keluar/masuk) cuba batalkan servis Vo-LTE ini melalui aplikasi MyDigi > menu > Settings > My Subscription > VoLTE.
Anda boleh semak pautan ini untuk senarai model telefon yang menyokong servis VoLTE: https://www.digi.com.my/support/our-network/volte.

Thank you very much for your help and I have something to ask. I am facing a problem which is my credit was charged for no reason, I did not subscribe any internet data plan. I have checked the itemised usage and it show many times of deduction for rm 0.50 for data service and it even happened just now.However, I did not use the mobile data or press anything in my phone just now.

Sorry if your phone model is not listed on our Digi's VoLTE list. you may be facing a call problem, such as noisy sound during a call, automatically hang up, can't dial, or can't receive the call, you can deactivate the service via the Mydigi app. For more information on VoLTE and phone models that support VoLTE, please visit https://www.digi.com.my/support/our-network/volte .
