Sorry to inform that RedMi does not support VoLTE from Digi at the moment.

Poco phone currently not officially listed in the supported phone model for Digi Vo-LTE. For the unsupported phone, you might experience service interruption especially on the incoming/outgoing call and call quality if Digi Vo-LTE service activated.

But I see that you activate VoLTE for some user that using Redmi Note 8 Pro as well..mention on page 13..the why can't mine as my phone is the same as his also?..Please helps..TQ .. Please see the attached screenshot.
