Just received my latest bill and saw a value added services 33293 RM 4.. Can help get refund and cancel the subscription.

We wish to clarify that service from 3XXXX numbers is a non-DiGi (third party) services. 

Please type STOP ALL and send the SMS to 3xxxx to unsubscribe from the service ya.

The service provider helpline number is available in the message sent to your number. If it's not there. kindly PM us your phone number <here> for further checking. TQ.

Coda is a third party service. t refers to the purchase made via their payment platform.

I got the same problem. Never subscribe any added value service. But i was charge for this stupid service. When i try to stop all, it said that i never subscribe for any subscription. So why I have been charged? I try go to my digi application and go to my subscription. I can't see any added value service. Anyone plz help me.
