Value added service 33980

So i just check my digi apps suddenly I got unbilled of RM4.00 for value added service 33980. I didn't subscribe anything from 33980 and I did not receive any message from 33980. I had no idea when I had subscride 33980 so please help me to stop this subscription and I would like Digi to remove the RM4.00 that has been charged on my unbilled account

Hello, I already email Digi about this problem and they already blocking the service for my mobile number. Currently I need to wait a few days for refund request

Facing the same problem here. Never ever registered for Value Added Services 33980 but been charged RM4 for that. Please clarify and refund to us.
