Why in my bill 16 Nov-15 Dec 2016 charge me 'value added services 32655' in mobile service usage. It charge me RM4 every 2 days and cost me total RM68. Please advise

@fhana, reply STOP ALL to the SMS from 32655. Look for the VAS Helpline number if it exists on the SMS. Call the number for refund. If you have trouble getting to the VAS's Helpline, call Digi Helpline (0162211800) for assistance.

Actually I'm not receive any sms/mms from 32655. But since I'm convert from Digi Postpad 78 to 80 on Nov., I'm always receive sms/mms from "Push Message" that contain a link and there are no VAS Helpline. I'm already send 'STOP ALL' to 32655 as you suggest on 21/12/16 and there are no more sms/mms from "Push Message" start on 22/12/16.
For the bill payment, must I pay for this VAS 32655 because I'm sure I'm not subcribe it service. Please advice
