I have reported via the app. Making this post to make sure you guys doing work. Paid RM150 for unlimited internet but getting this poor service. Please. I depend on this connection for an online class and stuff. It sometimes went from 20ms to 2000ms for a minute and it happened a few times, especially in the evening and night. So please, Digi. Make something.
