Unknow charges from playwing - 20000

I received a sms from  2000 and RM4.50 is charged to my account.

I have never subcribe  and receive any service from playwing.

Can you please check whether this service is stop for my account ?

Besides,how can I prevent from getting this unknown charges?

Can I get an alert sms or email that there will be such charges?

Today  it charge me for second time.

Can you please help?
