These were my second time to have the same problem. My line was barred cause they said my bill was exceed the limit credit. I was shocked cause I paid my bill on time everymonth and how come. I heading to Digi centre and after paid RM50 to unbarred my line, then the assistant show the bill for me. An unknow Charges appear in my bill and it state it direct bill to Google Play. (no reference and detail) But actually I didn't subscribe anything in my phone. I am asking to claim back the amount but they asked me claim with Google Play.
OK. Then I write email to Google Play. They asked to get the detail and info from me, but I can't. What I can show is the Digi invoice and the amount billed to Google Play. Then I have to bear the amount RM150+my own.
Today, I face the same issue. It really unfair for me to pay for unknow fees and unuse apps or subscribe games.
