Undetailed charges on my bill

HI, I recently changed my prepaid plan to 65V. I am charged RM41.94 under the "total other services". May I know what charges are they? I have not subscribed to any extra stuff or bought any add ons. 

 

My number is 012-9837-9339.

I've just sign up this plan last week and Bill date is 7th November but there is a charges of rm26 out of nowhere. There is none itemize or detail bill for us to know what it is charged for!

Hi. Usually for these cases, the charges is a prorated charge for your plan's price. If you look at your statement, do you see any further charges on your smartplan 65v? If not, it is likely to be prorated charge of the 65v.
