Unauthorized charge RM4/SMS from 37700

I have been charged RM4 per SMS on 18 Jan twice, then 19, 20, 21, 22, 24 January. Example. RM4.00(excl.GST):Today video: http://funnyqbb.com/c/m0121.mp4 hotline:1300223228

My latest bill show extra RM28 [totally 7 those kind of charges one each RM4].

Kindly advise how to avoid this. And could I get a refund?

Check your bill regularly, Digi is taking 45% commission based on the link above. 

Happened to many customers, pls help by copying the website link at the top and share with your friends who may not be aware of these charges unless they check their bills every month.
