Hi DiGi,
I just registered a new line today.
Very fast service, all is well ........... until I received the call from DiGi store.
They informed me that I am not able to use my new line (of which I paid in full at the store) until I settle this months bill.
Now I haven't placed that SIM card into the phone yet but this boggles me - I've paid in full for the RM 28 per month new line, and I've already paid my bill last month.
It just so happened that the new bill was just released a day or 2 ago and the due date is 1st October.
Do I really have to pay the bill before using it?

OK now it's getting annoying.
The DiGi center called me 2nd time to bug me to make payment.
Sorry but I already made payment, latest bill is not due till end of the month.
I hope to hear from you guys soon DiGi.

Quite annoying now, they called me again today.
Aihhhh.
Really what's the point of paying RM 28 in advanced to get a call 2 hours later saying cannot use the line until I have to **bleep** up my billing cycle.
Sure it's same total amount of money spent but I think it's ridiculous that now I'm asked to speed up payment just to use when I am already being a good paymaster over all my DiGi bills.
