Did you just port in to Digi? If yes, you will need to inform your bank specifically that you have changed telco and the bank will have to reconfigure your account's SMS routing.

Feel free to contact Digi Live Chat (from 10am - 9pm) or PM one of our community support (http://community.digi.com.my/t5/forums/searchpage/tab/user?q=support) for further investigation. Based on my personal experience, usually the bank has to update their SMS system again even though the phone number stays the same.

We suggest you walk-in to any Citibank ATM to update your profile after you changed to a new operator.

Hi Joaslam, when you perform MNP to any telco, you need to inform your bank so that the message routing for you number is updated or update the phone number via bank ATM machine. Choose the update phone number option ya.Tq
