Unable to reach customer services help line,Please help for port in process.

I just recieved my sim card today,could someone please help me with the port in process,what should I do after received my sim card?

You can call up DiGi's helpline and choose to speak to their MNP dept requesting to initiate the MNP process or just simply PM one of their support staffs here.

 

Make sure you provide them your transaction no, your newly received SIM's 20-digit ICCID number and your phone number to be ported in for confirmation.
