Unable to port in to digi postpaid 110 plan via online

Hello there,

I recently try to port in to DIGI Postpaid plan 110 from celcom but was rejected with message showing that I have overdue amount.

I already check with celcom, and i dont have any outstanding ammount. i tried a lot of time and the error keep coming "Sorry an error has occured. Overdue Amount exists.

Hi zack26,

 

Please ensure the requirement below before you request to port in:

 

- number registered under your name

- the account is active

- no outstanding

- no contract

- not attached with family (mainline-suppline) if you want to switch 1 number only.

Actually i already fulfill all the requirement below.

 

-the number register under me

- account still active

-no outstanding/overdue amount.

- no contract

- not mainline/suppline
