Earlier this afternoon, already livechat at digi, and the CS mentioned can easily change my current prepaid to postpaid account at the postpaid check 'Digi Subscriber' and entered my number and tac.
But I was greeted with error
"Sorry! We are unable to process your request. For further assistance, please contact Digi Customer Service at 016 221 1800."
Any helps? thanks!
